Updated the mcp.json details for vscode to remove whitespace in server name and make it consistent with other configs listed in readme.

Updated the mcp.json details for vscode to remove whitespace in server name and make it consistent with other configs listed in readme. This also helps tagging the mcp in copilot chat mode and potentially solves a bug in running the mcp server.
Added comment above config file details to indicate which file they go in. Will help newbies setting up their environment.
