fix: Fixed an issue where some subscription functions did not return the corresponding unsubscription function

Description

Fixed an issue where subscribing to events using the subscribeAccount, subscribeShouldUpdateToAddress, and subscribeCaipNetworkChange functions did not return the corresponding unsubscribe functions.
