Description
Adds automated benchmarks using the corpus of Quil code found in
quilc's repository. The benchmarks focus on the parsing time exclusively, and only use valid Quil programs. These benchmarks will be used to compare performance againstquil-rust.Mention: rigetti/quil-rs#36
