Do we need to update GitHub actions runners, or why are two CI jobs not running?

What do you mean by "update GitHub action runners"? I am not sure why they are not running. |

Ah they were disabled because of the scheduled job and the fact that the repo has no activity. |
GitHub disables scheduled workflows if there is no activity on the repository.

I disabled the scheduled job so this doesn't happen again. |
