I used "encoding-japanese" to upgrade the instascan.
Before this upgrade, we can convert QR codes whose encoding is UTF-16, but now if we add "inferEncoding" option we can read QR codes whose encoding is JIS, EUCJP and so on.
I just added this option, so any applications using the current version of instascan can be used without any change.
