I raised the websocket timeout to 86400 sec, following the information here:
https://cloud.google.com/load-balancing/docs/https#timeout-bes
The classic application load balancer (the Serverpod one) uses 30 seconds by default, but the global external application load balancer uses 86400 sec. So I just raised this to the higher number.
Fixes serverpod/serverpod#2528 (hopefully).
