Description

This PR adds a two endpoint for the task resource.

Retrieve a task - GET /api/task/{id}/
Update a task - PUT /api/task/{id}/

Checklist

Code compiles correctly
Created tests which fail without the change (if possible)
All tests passing
Extended the README / documentation, if necessary
Added issue number to Fixes line above
