- Added docs/ru/ directory with full Russian translations of all 12 session docs (s01–s12), filenames kept in English - Created web/src/i18n/messages/ru.json with complete UI string translations
- Registered ru locale in i18n.tsx, i18n-server.ts, layout.tsx (static params), and header.tsx (language switcher)
- Updated extract-content.ts to process docs/ru/ and extended the locale type in agent-data.ts
- Updated README-ru.md documentation table and language links to point to docs/ru/
