This set of functions is for generating a shiny app that calcuates EQ5D index values for the scores collected. In the app, the scores cane be provided as single score or from a data file in CSV file. The app calculates both EQ-5D-5L and EQ-5D-3L indexvaaues. Also it can be used to map 5L to 3L using Van Hout etal method as recommended by NICE.
