Homebrew Document Reader Tap

This is the official Homebrew tap for Document Reader, a powerful application that converts PDF documents to M3U playlists and plays them in VLC.

Installation

# Add the tap
brew tap shyamalschandra/document-reader

# Install Document Reader
brew install document-reader

What's Included

• document-reader: Command-line interface for PDF processing
• DocumentReader.app: SwiftUI graphical user interface

Usage

Command Line

# Basic usage
document-reader document.pdf

# With options
document-reader document.pdf --output /path/to/output --play --verbose

GUI Application

Launch DocumentReader.app from your Applications folder or Launchpad.

Requirements

• macOS 13.0 or later
• VLC media player (automatically installed as dependency)
