Description
This PR adds the "NotifyAccess: all" setting to the systemd unit for managing Elasticsearch.
Issues Resolved
When using this cookbook with Debian (tested on 11 and 12) and ES 8.x (test on 8.11.x), the service does not start, complaining about getting notification from a PID but reception only permitted for another. This has been reported as issue 826. This PR aims at fixing this issue.
