This error will consistently cause the vectorStore to throw an exception during initialization

@Hart-Li Depending on what version of Chroma API you use, I see the previous exception message is still valid. For now, I have incorporated the previous one as well here: 5dcac7b and 330a35c. We need to find a better approach to handle this though. Submitted a PR to address this: #5087
