I though we want to keep everything on v1alpha1 for testing the webhook, but didn't thought about docs to be honest.
If we have tests on v1alpha1 I'm also fine bumping docs already :)

We do have tests on v1alpha1. All integration tests still use v1alpha1. But I think we should encourage readers of our docs to use the new v1alpha2 version.

I will raise a follow-up PR which also bumps various other v1alpha1 SecretClasses in our docs.
