Fixes an issue reported on discord by Maiko where jumping to the correct oto row in the singers view from the piano roll didn't work.
Also fixes a strange issue with project loading. I am genuinely unsure how the original change made it into Improve loading popup consistency and visuals #1551, and I don't remember why I made it originally.
