Sets the per-mailbox (per-buffer) transmission complete interrupt and transmission cancel interrupt bits, so that the TxComplete and TxCancel interrupts fire when enabled.
Includes a PAC change to split the relevant registers as the relevant fields have different mask widths.
Closes #42.
Tested on STM32G4 for TxComplete, have built on STM32H7 and checked it was setting the right mask but haven't run that version.
