Echo v5 also requires go version 1.25 or later.

Thanks for the contribution @khiemdoan
However, this change increases the minimum required Echo and Go versions. That means existing apps using older versions will break when upgrading echo-swagger.

Would it make sense to:

• Either release this under a new major version
• Or maintain compatibility with older Echo versions

Just concerned about the downstream impact.
