Update tdbm for Symfony 6 and doctrine v3

• Support for doctrine/dbal^3
  • [-] Failures on Oracle with reserved names (Oracle: Fails to retrieve table comments when table name is a reserved keyword doctrine/dbal#6764 (comment)). This will be fixed after dbal4 upgrade.
• Support for symfony^6
• Integration of brain-diminished/schema-version-control control inside tdbm
• Drop support for PHP7.4 (requires at least PHP8.0)

We should go with doctrine/dbal@v4 because it is not feasible to fix the tests without introducing breaking changes inside doctrinre/dbal@v3, see doctrine/dbal#6764 (comment)
