fix: explicit boolean typing for impressed parameter to resolve lint warnings

Overview

This PR fixes lint errors related to implicit any type usage in the useDebouncedCallback of the useImpressionRef hook.

• Added explicit boolean type annotation to the impressed parameter in the debounce callback.
• No behavioral change is introduced; this is only a type and linting compliance improvement.
