This is a draft to support iceV Wireless protocol.
This support is (currently) limited to uart interface.

@emeb, @mwelling: I have opened a PR to simplify discussion

  • Can't reproduces segfault: but I have fixed some lowlevels checking and added a flush at early step -> maybe it's now working
  • I have modified a bit the esp32-c3 firmware to have more informations and removing wait for CDONE(nothing actually connected to my esp32) when loading bitstream or writting into SPIFFS: no errors and a traffice seems present on SPI lines.
