Description: This PR adds a thesis template for the scientific engineering faculty at KU Leuven.

I have read and followed the submission guidelines and, in particular, I

• selected a name that isn't the most obvious or canonical name for what the package does
• added a typst.toml file with all required keys
• added a README.md with documentation for my package
• have chosen a license and added a LICENSE file or linked one in my README.md
• tested my package locally on my system and it worked
• excluded PDFs or README images, if any, but not the LICENSE

• ensured that my package is licensed such that users can use and distribute the contents of its template directory without restriction, after modifying them through normal use.

It would be nice to specify under which condition these logos can be used, I can assume they are under copyright.

I removed the logos of my university, I sent them an email requesting permission to use. But this should suffice for publication

Hey, sorry for randomly chiming in, but I think the package ended up in the wrong location in the directory tree. I would assume it should be packages/preview/modern-se-... but it's currently only in /modern-se-.... I don't think it's actually accessible from there at all.
