Description
With the release of the new backup feature on Umbraco Cloud, it is possible to create and export a database backup on Umbraco Cloud projects.
This PR updates the Migrating Region article to use this feature when moving a project to another region. The guide has also been updated to use the Import/Export feature in Deploy to move media from the old project to the new project.
