Add deep-dive explanations for clarity. Add references for easier understanding and learning. Downgrade the version of iperf to an older version (3.9), to ensure compatibility with existing patches. Fix typos and formatting issues. Signed-off-by: Mihai Toderita <todemihai@gmail.com>
