Pillow currently has a problem on some Linux systems to run visual debugging due to
libimagequant.so.0.0.4: cannot open shared object file.Updating Pillow to 10.2.0 fixes this, however this also breaks the forked version of pdfplumber.
This PR removes the pdfplumber and pdfminer forks and raises their version to the latest available.
