Tests two cases enable-partial-results yes & no. It uses a PausePoint to cripple one of the shards, simulating a network partition.
Currently the enable-partial-results no case works correctly, i.e., a Timeout is generated. However, the opposite case also generates a timeout when it shouldn't. I believe this is because gRPC timeout on the sender might not have been set correctly -- or possible we don't understand how gRPC timeout should work.
