Add ValkeyConnection.triggerGracefulShutdown

[adam-fowler]

Triggers shutdown of connection once all pending commands have been dealt with.

It doesn't at the moment, but we could add a timeout so we aren't stuck waiting on a blocking command. Although the standard command timeouts will kick in a some point and the connection will close.
