Use improved colors and font for react-tweet

Description

Improves the theming for the socials section of the landing page. While the light theme colors look okay, the default dark theme of the react-tweet doesn't go well with rest of the page. So I have updated the overall theme for light and dark colors by using https://xpressor.vercel.app

Key changes :-

• The font, background and border colors are derived from the page.
• The action button colors (like, comment) are derived from Turborepo logo.
• The font is Geist.
