Correct anchor hash links and fix typos in documentation

• VitePress uses titles for anchor links, so if titles are modified, the corresponding anchor hashes need to be updated accordingly. (e.g., /api/#wrapper-methods in French should be /api/#Methodes-de-Wrapper)
• fix typos: dont => don't
