Code Review

This pull request provides an automated update for the nsync package to version 1.30.0. The change in packages/n/nsync/xmake.lua correctly adds the new version and its SHA256 hash, maintaining the descending version order. I have also considered the existing patch applied to versions >=1.28.1 and it appears to still be necessary for 1.30.0, so no conflicts are expected. The change is correct and looks good to merge.
