This simply applies @MoodMonitor's fixes from #239 (comment).
On my system, this fixes the segmentation fault when decompiling larger .pyc files.
My understanding of the codebase is admittedly limited, and while I don't see any obvious issues with the changes, I'd appreciate review from a maintainer.
