What code commit does this associate with? We already have BlueOS in the Dev wiki, so what in 4.6 prevents this from being used? |

This adds a new page describing the setup for the BlueOS OpticalFlow Extension.
This is a new feature for 4.7 so we can hold off on merging it until the beginning of beta testing which should be within a few weeks.
I've also made a small "drive-by" change to the hereflow page to replace "hex" with "CubePilot" and also update a couple of links
I've built this locally and it looks OK to me
