Updates all images on the exporting projects page (all have gone through squoosh compression), it looks like most of these haven't been updated since 3.x. Had to rename one because codespell was complaining.
I've also added text going over two of the resource export options. This PR is for 4.4 by technicality, the project dropdown menu has a new option in 4.4.
At some point the intro to this page should be heavily revised. I'll probably look into that after 4.4 releases.
