@zalegrala this is what we also used at prometheus-community It allows us to run unit tests on charts much faster compared to integration tests (https://github.com/prometheus-community/helm-charts/tree/main/charts/kube-prometheus-stack/unittests) |

What this PR does / why we need it:
Adds helm-unittest support. Helpful for static testing.
Mostly a copy of grafana/loki#19071 just to keep things consistent
