For the TEtranscripts module, a specially annotated .gtf file is required which includes information on transposable elements, this is the GENCODE annotation for chromosome 21 only.
Update readme for tetranscripts test data.

TEtranscripts is a module I'm working on for the CLIPseq pipeline, but which could be used (and I hope would be useful) for other sequencing pipelines, e.g. RNAseq. The module quantifies transposable elements and uses specific .gtf files which are downloaded from the website of the developers (https://www.mghlab.org/software/tetranscripts), but which include information on transposable elements necessary for the module.
