The `assets/package.json` has been removed in phoenixframework@484245c in favor of a single `package.json` in the project root.

The
assets/package.jsonhas been removed in 484245c (#6044) in favor of a singlepackage.jsonin the project root.I noticed this while trying to understand the changes between v1.7.21 and v1.8.1, in particular investigating why #6321 was needed.
